I am looking to buy a skid steer for snow removal. I have always rented a 70hp wheeled machine and used it with a plow for sidewalks and salt loading. This year things have changed and I would like to buy a machine and just wondering if anyone knew of a general hp to push box ratio. Would love to run a 10' box but need to keep the machine small . Not a big fan of the ProTech and the Arctic is a nice pusher and scrapes good but is pricey and has lot's of moving parts. Last year we ran the same pusher on a bobcat s250. after a 4" wet heavy snow, we came to the conclusion that the 246c can definitley run a 10'.
