So we finally sold our Komatsu SK820-5n skid, which by the way was a great machine with good specs, and bought a JD 318D with 205 hours on it. It was purchased new by a small town near us to snowblow sidewalks and the occasional summer pothole repair. currently having an issue with a 329 b serial #t00328b123484 they sent to dealer after it died, dealer said no issues after blowing out fuel lines. came back to site died. back to Deere, couldn't find issues but could not get running. customer loaded up machine and brought back to there shop after months of no progress. new fuel lines filter and inline filter installed. no . Checked all sensors and switches and everything is functional. Drive and Reverse Functions No Issues. Pressure Test Hydraulic Pump for boom, bucket, and auxiliary which is separate from drive pump and has sufficient pressure (3000 psi +/-). Bucket will curl out but minimal. Boom totally locked. I have the repair and operation and test manuals for the 326D, 328D, and 332D skid steers, and both 2.4Land 3.0L CTM for the mechanical and power tech E engines, but there is only so much books can do when it comes to controllers. I have several other books for other JD equipment as well.
