Hi , I have a 763 F and the Park Brake won't release . The other day the fuse to .Install a seam amperage circuit breaker in place of the fuse that is blowing. You can then disconnect your solenoid for the parking brake to see if it still either blows a fuse or trips the circuit breaker. Kinda of a confusing post. The fuse is for the bucket/arm control interlock? If so almost certain one of your interlock solenoids is toasting itself. They are not real long lived.
If the fuse blows only when you push the bark brake button then you have a short between your switch and the parking brake solenoid. Check your wiring for any bare/chafed wires that could be grounding out.

A fuse that is melting (to me) indicates the amp draw from what ever it's protecting is close but lower then the fuse rating. Put a new fuse in and try to operate the machine. When the brakes lock up, feel the coil on the solenoid.
