The white and red wire goes to a seperate block with 2 poles on the right of the fuse block. The fuse block has 3 banks of 5 fuses running up and down.
I think the lights might be on a fuse, which would probably be located on the inside of the panel where the key and light switch are. But in the 15 or so years we had one, I don't think I ever replaced a fuse.It is highly unlikely that all solenoids have failed at the same time but it is more likely that you may find a problem with the wiring harness or connector pins that go to those solenoid circuits between the controller and the solenoids.
