On the skid steer cab enclosures, how does the canvas-type from Northern Tool work with fogging up or ice build up? Throwing on a 0 canvas with or without a heater seems a little too easy. If I can get away with a canvas enclosure and heater for 0 that sure beats k or so from the dealer.
As far as a heater i think you can buy the same heaters they use when you get a factory cab enclosure out of northern supply comp. Whether its a vinyl enclosure or the winter cab, there are air gaps, If you don't feel that they are enough, crack open a sliding window on a winter cab or if the vinyl enclosure has a zipper or snap door open in just a crack. We have a bobcat here with a winter cab and heat, so far no fume problems.
