Used the tiller in 98 degrees to install edgers with no problems. The old Ramrod would have lasted 15 minutes before it died (literally) from the heat. Never could use the hydraulic implements in hot weather without loss of power or engine stall! So far the Vermeer is great.
Have a Vermeer s600tx with bondioli and pavesi pumps. They seem to be sending out plenty of power, but they hesitate as the tracks go around. I believe all mechanical issues have been ruled out. The Vermeer S800TX is close isn't it? Little bit bigger than most mini's but has the sprocket up on the chassis rather than in the dirt. DW needs to come up with the same style setup.
