The heater valves cause issues also, if coolant is running through the core you will never get heat.The problem is the condenser on the skid steer is located in front of the motor,but behind the Hydro tank. So it's next to impossible to get to with a garden hose, or even air. Can I take the lines off the condenser and remove it and clean it and Replace it? To make sure that the temp dial is working while it may feel loose, turn to low temp and run the engine, feel the heater hoses and see if the coolant is flowing hot...or have someone turn the dial and watch the coolant control valve (connects inline with the heater hoses, behind cab) to see if it rotates.
