Or, you can remove the female side and split the case with a screwdriver to access the switch inside. It will sit down over 2 tabs. The resistor is in the line that goes to the quick disconnect and has a lead to the seat belt switch. If you remove the quick disconnect plug end going to the two operator present seat switches and wire in a two position “on/off” switch that will solve the issue.
There should be a connector you can pull apart. I believe it is a 4-pin Deutsch. The best way to do it is to get a new connector and jump the two pins for the seat switch. In this way, you can unplug the seat harness from the main harness, and then plug your jumper in.
