Bought a brand new 299d3 with prinoth mulching head. Machine ran great for 2-3 hours and now won’t rev past 1200 rpm. It seems as if it’s electronically limited. Any idea on what would cause this? It had an alert for intake gas temperature below normal since I picked it up but ran fine for awhile prior to the issue.

I've now run the 299d3 for about 4+hrs and it seems to be slightly less obnoxious with respect to pump noise however the chatter issue remains (I question why CAT doesn't simply add this 1U-9891 additive during manufacturing if it helps these larger builds).
I have a 2019 CAT 299D3 XE that I purchased used. After purchasing it, I found out that the auto leveling and float functions are not working. The switch lights up green when I switch it on, but the icon never shows up on the advanced display and it doesn't work. There are no codes showing in the display. Hi, new here. We have a 2022 Cat 299D3 XE skid steer here at work and need to change attachments. No one seems to know the process of relieving the hydraulic pressure so we can't connect the hoses. Anyone know how to do this? I know it has to be simple. We have searched videos but nothing has worked. Thanks for any help with this.
