Loosen jam nut and slide arm off the splines and reposition a few splines over the correct direction.What you have to do is remove cotter pin ref #20 then rotate the lever ref 16 the unit left side down, and the unit right side up, 1 or 2 splines. If this has not been done before you may want to look into getting a couple of new style cotter pins, picture here, they are a lot easier to reinstall, or your unit may already have one.
