The CAT was also 12K more. I compared the values of the CAT mini ex machines on IP and found they don't bring any more than any of the other major players. Still if your predisposed to buy a certain color it isn't going to matter. However the zero swing TK excavator in my mind is a great piece of gear.

I have a 2019 CAT 299D3 XE that I purchased used. After purchasing it, I found out that the auto leveling and float functions are not working. The switch lights up green when I switch it on, but the icon never shows up on the advanced display and it doesn't work. There are no codes showing in. New 299D3 owner, new to DEF. Received 3516-18 code, “Catalyst Reagent Concentration Low-Moderate Severity” just received my machine (used, 2020). I know it’s been mosty sitting for at least 6 months, so plausible that the DEF has deteriorated in the tank. DEF level shows >50% on the gauge.
