A Case 1537 has steering clutches not hydrostatic drives. I would NOT recommend buying one just because of that single factor. Also I am not sure if the Case 1537 has a quick tach bucket/bale spear.

Go to the side that is not working, remove the tires, remove the large steel plate. Inside you will find a set of clutch packs.
